Bridge 2 Greatness empowers individuals and communities through independent living support, workforce development, financial education, resource navigation and community-based services that help people overcome barriers, build stability and move toward greater independence and opportunity.

Too many people are just one missed opportunity away from crisis.

Bridge 2 Greatness provides non-medical shared independent living designed to promote stability, responsibility, independence and forward progress. Participants must be able to manage their own activities of daily living.

When someone comes to Bridge 2 Greatness with a need outside one of our direct programs, we believe the answer should not simply be "we don't do that." Through resource navigation and community partnerships, we help individuals and families identify trusted services and opportunities that may be able to help.
Resources & Connections
Sometimes the right connection changes everything.
Not every need requires a B2G-operated program. When another trusted organization or provider is better equipped to help, we work to connect individuals and families with resources that may meet their needs.
Connection resources may be provided by third-party organizations. Availability and eligibility vary, and Bridge 2 Greatness does not guarantee outside services.
